Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review your concern and take appropriate action.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service was not completed as agreed upon at the time of booking
  • A significant portion of the requested service was not performed
  • Our team was unable to complete the service due to internal issues

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference after service completion
  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
  • Cancellation after the service has already been completed

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us in advance.

  • Cancellations made before service arrival may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee

5. Service Adjustments

Instead of a refund, we may offer to re-clean the affected area or correct any issues reported, depending on the situation.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
